Words

Do not loosely spill out your words. Especially, DO NOT discuss people. We tend to speak about people based on what we would like to see in them. Doing so, will only construe our perception of the person due to the different opinions that bounce off of people regarding the person who is being discussed. And, we tend to manipulate an event involving the person to keep up to the false image that we try to portray of ourselves with people... We like to look good in front of people.

The best and the most trusted source is our Self, whose voice we can only listen to in the depth of Silence. What is personal to you, keep it personal. Do not give words to it, for it deafens you of your inner voice and instinct. They dilute your experience.

Words are extremly powerful, be careful and choosy of how you use them. The lesser you use them, the more tuned-in you are. The more connected you are...

... from the experience of a blabber-mouth! :)
